The firm has assembled a premier technical support team with outstanding database and systems analysts, programmers, and health care analysts, all of whom have between five and twenty years’ experience working with Medicaid data and systems. They have managed a 15 terabyte Oracle health care database, mastered multiple operating systems on UNIX and Microsoft platforms, and developed and supported intranet and internet web sites that facilitate GUI tool interaction with various databases. They also have many years experience with multiple platforms for database extraction, transformation and loading and with requisite hardware, including servers, telecommunications and backup.
