Medicaid Savings Templates, LLC is unique because we enable clients to make formal, proactive cost containment part of ongoing Medicaid operations.
· We offer a product, the only formal proactive cost containment methodology and toolset on the market. Our Medicaid Savings Templates provide a structured, accessible way for clients to control Medicaid costs.
· We support clients until they have incorporated the Templates into ongoing operations. We do not take data, deliver a report and leave clients with the hard work of implementation. Rather, we prepare clients to work through repeatable cycles to parallel budget and legislative seasons. They address major problems first, implement countermeasures, document savings, and move to other issues while making long term improvements in their policy and business processes.
· We fit into client operations. The Templates use business methods and tools which can interact with MMIS and other systems which clients already operate. We also supplement clients’ analytic processing with the firm’s technical team and train client staff when necessary.
· We address staff turnover and succession planning needs: As more Medicaid staff retire, our Templates enable clients to document cost containment methods, use those methods in budget development, track savings, and manage staff turnover to assure uninterrupted development of cost containment initiatives.
